Dogwood, Magnolia, Maple, Sweetgum, Poplar and Sycamore are new facilites built since 2004. Each building is divided into 2 cabin units and accommodates up to 24 guests, 12 on each side. Each cabin unit is furnished with 5 twin-size bunks and a queen-size bed for the counselor/ leader(s). Each has its own large, spacious bathroom with two showers and two toilets. And each counselor area shares a separate, private bathroom connecting the 2 cabins.

Loblolly Lodge and Hickory Lodge are two-story facilities that each sleep up to 36 and have their own conference rooms that seat up to 90. One floor is identical to Dogwood, Magnolia, Maple, Sweetgum, Poplar, and Sycamore. The other floor contains the conference room on the right side of the building; the left side of the building has more lodging (5 bunks, a queen bed, and a large bathroom).
 

5 Twin-size bunks and 1 Queen bed are in each cabin unit. Each side of the duplex may be divided in half with a folding wall. This makes each building into four smaller private rooms, which works well for family retreats.
