Who Can Rent When

Any Christian organization which has evangelism and/ or discipleship as its main objective for the retreat can rent LFR facilities. Any time between Mid-August and the first weekend in May not conflicting with programs already scheduled by LFR is available.

We can accommodate groups with a minimum of 25 and a maximum of 300. Groups of less than 25 are welcome if another group with a minimum of 25 is present.

Facilities available on first come/ first served basis. LFR reserves the right to assign meeting room space according to group size.

Cost

The per person rate is calculated by adding the per person lodging cost and per person meal cost. See Lodging Cost and Meal Cost links for more info on each.

Booking, Camper Count Deadlines, Payment, and Refund Policies

Booking: Contact us with your desired dates, including arrival and departure times, meals needed, and estimated group size. We will send a Rental Confirmation to you which you will sign and return to us with a 25% deposit.

Camper Count Deadlines: 4 days prior to your event, your total camper count is due. Group pays for this number whether all arrive or not. 30 days prior to your event we need you to let us know if your camper count has changed by more than 20% margin, up or down.

Payment: Your balance is due at the conclusion of your retreat.

Refunds and Rescheduling: If group cancels 60 days prior to event, your entire deposit is refundable. 30-60 days prior, 50% of deposit is refundable. No refund if cancellation is less than 30 days before event date. Same policy applies for rescheduling.

Staffing

Lake Forest Ranch will provide food service personnel to prepare meals and recreation staff to lead optional recreation activities such as ropes course, paintball, and horseback riding should the group select these options.

Rental Groups are responsible to have at least one main leader to coordinate overall operation of retreat and at least one adult (18 or older) in each cabin for supervision.
