The LFR Summer Staff
The quality of our leadership definitely matters to us! We select our staff from a large number of applicants from all over the country. Our summer camp counselors must have completed a minimum of 2 years of college (or be the equivalent age), and they are carefully and prayerfully chosen for their spiritual maturity and love for children and youth.
The staff goes through extensive pre-summer training, and they each make sure that the campers who are their guests each week have role models to follow who love Christ, love people, and who know how to have a lot of fun. Every activity is supervised by certified and/ or highly trained people. You can be assured that each staff member will give his/ her all to insure campers the best camp experience possible.
