1. Be at least 18 years of age by summer camp.
2. Have attended Lake Forest Ranch as a camper at least once. (Preferred)
3. Ability to get along well with others.
4. A desire to work and study hard for little pay.
5. A commitment to personal spiritual growth and maturing in Christ under the supervision of a summer mentor.

Basic Job Description:

1. Work in and clean Dining Hall, run dishwasher, clean Kitchen.
2. Work in Snack Shop, Bookstore, Rec Hall, and Lakefront Shop and serving campers; clean up afterwards
3. Other camp clean up as directed; inventory
4. Assist counselors in cabin devotions and activities when asked.
5. Live a life worthy of imitation. 
6. Be available for all of training prior to the half you work.
7. Complete all discipleship reading assignments and remain focused on Christ during your training time.
