however, this does give a general idea of what is expected
from each position.
MGR. OF "THE 12"/ WORKSTAFF MGR BASIC JOB DESCRIPTION
1. To attend pre-camp staff training session (ten days).
2. Assumes full responsibility for the Snack Shop and Snack Machines which includes keeping an accurate log of all financial records of spending and deposits made.
3. Responsible for administrative leadership of "The 12" and all aspects of that ministry and their work and is under the supervision of the coordinator of "The 12."
4. Responsible for the mentoring aspect of "The 12" and helps to coordinate what that process looks like.
5. Is a role-model as a follower of Jesus Christ at all times.
ASSISTANT MGR OF "THE 12"/ TRADING POST MGR BASIC JOB DESCRIPTION
1. To attend pre-camp staff training session (ten days).
2. Assumes full responsibility for the Camp Bookstore (Trading Post) which includes keeping an accurate log of all financial records of spending and deposits made.
3. Assists the Mgr. of "The 12" in all organization and work leadership for "The 12" and is involved in implementing the mentoring aspect of that ministry.
4. Responsible for Rec Hall counter organization and Rec Hall leadership training.
5. Be a role-model as a follower of Jesus Christ at all times.
