group registration process

  • On November 1, registration opens to the public. Fill out the Group Registration Request Form by clicking the link at the top of this page. You will receive a follow-up email confirming your request.

    Once registered, the deposit of $100 per spot is due 4 weeks after your registration date OR 1 month prior to your arrival; whichever comes first.

    If initial deposit is not received by this date, the spots will be dropped from your selected camp. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable to final balance.

    Once the deposits are paid you will receive an email with instructions on how parents can register their child/ren.

  • Six weeks prior to your arrival is the deadline for having all campers and adult leaders registered in Campwise. All held spots not filled by a camper/adult leader on this date will be forfeited; this includes the deposits for each spot.

    Two weeks prior you will receive an invoice from Lake Forest Ranch with your balance that needs to be paid before you arrive at camp.

    No changes can be made after the final invoice has been sent.*

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION 

Your main adult leader is only charged $100 to attend camp.

* You can add spots at any time as long as there is room available. Contact the LFR office to find out.
